Hi all,
Might be a stupid question but kinda wondering about it. A guy claims that he had a P11 GT with 190 HP after changing different camshafts, Z32 maf cold air intake, different sparkplugs, 2.5'' exhaust, manifold and different timing. He says he didn't need a remap So after discussing this with my other mate about it, he says its bullshit and it would totally need a remap to have it work after those mods.
Anyone that can tell me more about this? |

190 sounds optimistic for those mods but it would depend on the camshafts. If they were aggressive race shafts then it's possible.
Remaps are less necessary because the ECU has some learning capacity and, as far as I understand, the stock ECU isn't really mappable anyway, you'd need a piggy back.

Chris (GTR142) saw a proven 187 with those sort of mods (correctly set up).
