Track Action
The day saw some fantastic track action too with different car clubs getting there turn on the track. There were many very commited track performances which made for a great days viewing. The drifting showcases were also great with lots of tyre smokes and crazy cornering. The Crashes Unfortunately not everyone was able to keep it on the grey stuff and the Driftworks Silvia had a front end shunt. In true drifting styleee the Silvia was set to with a sledgehammer and out racing shortly afterwards again! The Members It was hard not to keep a smile off of the members faces. Great cars, great company, great track action. What more could anyone want?? Heres the smiley pictures to prove it...
This is also a perfect opportunity for our members to exchange bits and peices previously bought on our forums. Big trades of the day included the 50 HID kits distributed from the group buy to members, sets of wheels and Ross departing with an engine in his boot.
Ladies of the Show
Just to keep the testosterone flowing around the club, we thought we would summarise the ladies present at this years Japfest.
Lastly but not least, a big thank you to all of our club members and their partners and children for making this another fantastically successful show. I'm sure you all enjoyed yourselves as much as we did and thats all down to you, the members, putting in the effort to make it to these meetings with the fantastic spirit that you bring. Let's look forward to the next meet where we will be bigger, better and with hopefully even more enjoyment!
