10w 40 semi,best all rounded,i have been using it for years,no problems,engine looks spotless.

I believe that any 10/40W available today will be better than that available when your car was designed.
Therefore, spend as much as you like.
I purchase whatever is cheapest from a range of local outlets.

Ask the oilman on here, he's got all the answers in this sort of stuff, and won't steer you in the wrong direction, plus their prices are the cheapest around.
