hi folks my 2003 2.2dci has brought up 2 fault codes first is p0089 second is p1273 ,the car drives ok then when it is taken to 70mph power loss. i swich the engine off & back on & its seems to reset it has just had a service by local garage can any one help with the codes please or how to repair cheers alan

What johner07 is saying is if it has anything to do with the pump then yes. Usually on P12 the only serviceable bit on the pump is the Suction Control Valve (SVC) while not cheap is much cheaper than a whole new pump and it is usally the SVC that is the culprit. However while you or another garage/mechanic can do the job the pump has something called 'Pump Learning' and Nissan have to set this.
Having said that someone else on here will be along and may have more info on the codes you have and what may be the cause, it may not be pump. I'm not sure what P0089 refers.

found out that p0089 isfuel rugulater performance thanks for youre help guys. would it be worth changing the pressure sensor

Its most likely the SCV. If you haven't changed to fuel filter recently it could be that. I only mention the filter because you haven't mentioned and 'hunting' on idle.

fuel filter has been changed yesterday is the scv a big job cheers alan
