I have a nice Nissan P11 SRI 2.0. The turn signal and emergency lights do not work
The lights are good, fuses are good ...... Any ideas?

have you checked the relay for the turn signals?

This can only be a fuse or relay problem.

Could also be the Hazard light switch, P11s route the indicators through it.
