Nissan Primera P11-144 Sport+ Spoiler

Just joined this site and hope you guys can answer a question I've had about my car ever since I bought it. Apologies in advance if this is the wrong forum for the question.

When I bought the car there was a spoiler already fitted to it. It was the main reason I bought it, because I hadn't seen any other Sport Plus versions with it and it made it look so good. Therein lies the problem - I'm still not sure if it was factory fitted or a modification, because I've only seen one other car with the same spoiler in the four years since. There was no documentation/receipt or anything that came with the car to confirm it one way or another and the garage I bought it from wasn't much help as it was just another Nissan to them.

So far I've erred on the side of caution and stated it as a modification to my insurers, but am I right to do this or have I been paying through the nose for an unmodified car. My renewal is coming up again and I'd love to have this settled once and for all.

If you can help with the picture loading first off, or if you know whether the spoiler would been factory fitted, please help.
