Hi,what torque setting are you wanting to know? ,ie manifold inlet or cylinder head etc?

thank you very much
 I fitted new chain kit i lined up the colured links on to the 3 pullys, turned engine over by hand a few times and the links dont line up with the pully marks is this normal? also on tech data it shows a tdc mark on bottom pully but mine has 5 marks
