So neither rotary buttons work, you cant use buttons 1-6 on audio and climate control, you cant use settings and info buttons or TA and src?

Can't get radio on heating on front window demister info button ect

You need to re-check using a multi meter or by exchange fuses 1, 10 and 33. Look in the fusible link section in the engine bay for C and D

Where does it tell you it'd fuse c and d there not marked or am I missing the point ?

I am just going of the circuit diagrams, if they are not marked individually they maybe shown on the cover lid other than that you are going to have to apply some logic to it or test them all

Multifunction Switch Controls Are Ineffective (Rear Defogger Control Excluded).

There is a fault tracing guide in the 2003 service manual starting on page AV-99 to AV-101 which may help.
If in doubt give it a clout!

Sorry it's 04 reg could it be possibly the console that's at fault ?
