Thanks to Allegro.pl, I was able to find several cheap used drive shafts.
I had to make heavy use of Google Translate as vendors do not really reply to messages in English, but it allowed me to learn a couple of Polish words ;-) I chose the 'nicest' and less rusty part (and also with the less mileage) and got it replaced by my local mechanic during holiday vacations. My Primera is now back on track ;-) Cost of the drive shaft : 200 Zlotys (50EUR) Delivery : 100 Zlotys (25EUR) Local Mechanic : 80 EUR Total repair : 155EUR A HUGE HUGE thank you to Imckay for his precious help! |

I like a challenge
Allegro is an Auction Site in Poland Have a search for nissan primera p12 półoś 2.0 automat półoś is driveshaft Automat is Automatic Gearbox. As far as I can see the 2.0 only has a Manual or Auto CVT option. Some are Breakers and have contact email when you click on the item. Prices look good.

Thank you so much for this valuable information. After looking everywhere on the 'french soil', I decided to order from Carp Parts Pro in Germany, as you mentioned earlier, but unfortunately they answered that neither them or their supplier has the part in stock.
I know the car sold pretty well in Poland. Do you have any suggestion where I could look for the spare part there ? I'm having issues buying 200+ EUR a used car part with more mileage than the one I want to replace ! Thanks Yann |

Hi,
I'm the owner of a P12 2l CVT (QR20 - CVT). I have some weird noise at the front right, synced with wheel rotation. I suspect I need to change the drive shaft (transmission axle). According to the FSM (FAX-22), part number for the wheel side joint is 39211-AV315, which is now known as 39211-AV325 or C9211-AU32A. This one is easy to be found (ie SKF VKJA3954 fits) However, I'm struggling like hell to find a replacement part for the transaxle side. According to the FSM, the part number is 39711AV315. I can't find it anywhere, so I assume the reference might have been changed. Or is it only because this part is QR20+CVT specific ? Thanks, Yann |
