Nissan Primera P12 Welding Considerations?

Hi All, 

I generally disconnect the battery and leave it an hour or so for the airbag system etc to discharge.
Back in the old days I used to disconnect alternators etc but that seems excessive these days.

Anything I should be aware of?  I don't expect to need a radio code, for example, on such a built in system.

Take the battery leads off and protect (depending on location of the welding) any windows as sparks can embed in the glass.
