Hi There,
I'm a newbie and have just tackled the infamous electric window failure. £10 kit from ebay with new cables and job done, however, i noticed the switch is a little temperamental and works sometimes in addition to this, the rear windows don't work either but were working a couple of months ago. Any thoughts on this? Oh, I noticed when I jiggle the wires underneath the switch control panel then it starts to work. I would welcome any opinions. thanks.

Sounds like a case of loose connection, I think you probably realise this, so depending on your level of skill either rewire or replace switch depending on where you believe the fault is
