Sounds to me like new (used but refurbed maybe) calipers may be in order. Someone else may be along soon with a different idea though!

I take it you have been topping up the brake reservoir when doing the bleeding?

Have you try to open the bleed nipple a little further?

have you tried removing the nipples to see if they are blocked.

otherwise to me sounds like a block somewhere else.

Spongy brake pedal is just air that is trapped in the lines.Could be a faulty brake compensator.

Brake compensator ???

Pretty mutch old hat , and misleading , not applied on P12. All built in.
Had it on my very old Vauxhaul Astra Estate and when mechanic messed with it  car sat on its arse like a dog dragging its bum.
It was an extra box at the rear axle and was supposed to prevent the car rear brakes coming on before the fronts.
When I had to replace the rear brake cylinders on my Renault 19 the compensators were incorporated within the cylinders themselves.
Spongy brake can be caused by worn Master cylinder.

Suggest you simply google spongy brakes and educate yourself.
If in doubt give it a clout!
