Hi there [<>] Im guessing your car isnt a uk model as ive not heard of your spec car here. Could you get a picture up of your car and maybe the warning light that comes on. Some autos have a simple form of traction control for slippery road conditions i wonder if its something like that.

ABS warning? I know on UK P11s if you jack up one front and spin the wheel on the engine and then brake, this light comes on; i.e. much like you describe if you were to get one sided wheel-spin and then brake. It goes out as soon as the car's driven normally for about 20 - 30 meters.
Perhaps you have different make tyres on the front wheels, when I first had my car it had 2 types of Continental tyres on that looked similar but weren't, so it was torque steer and wheelspin all the way! |

Must be a form of traction control imo.
