Luckily I found the following instructions and I am very gratefull to Ant-Dat for the guide.
Timing was about right. 2hrs or so but that also included me cleaning all nuts & bolts before refitting.
There is just one point that I would like to make though.
The uppermost bolt needs to be fitted with the nut facing the rear of the car otherwise the only option will be to tighten the bolt into the nut (Not a good idea IMO).
If you are able to get a torque wrench behind the top nut then well done you. I had to use a ring spanner and tighten till it 'cracked' a few times. That'll have to do.
There was no mention in the guide about Locktite so I didn't use any but still wonder if I should have.
Other thoughts on this matter would be welcome.
