Yet another new one!!

Having been bullied into giving up my audi a4 to the wife and the thought of driving round in 1.25si fiesta just wasn't cutting it I panicked sold the fiesta. What on earth was i to buy? I used to own a primera gt and vaguely remembered loving it, so the search commenced. A solid mystic green hatch has been found in what i can only describe fantastic condition.

So the plan is over the coming year is to transform it into a trackday car, with some able advice from many people and maybe some advice frome here aswell. The plan was also to re spray it but the colour has now grown on me and it would be a shame to see another one of these go so the mystic green will stay.

Im no master mechanic but i get by so questions will be asked along the lines of Should I go down the turbo or supercharger route? Will i need to get it re bored? Will the cam need changing? Will the head need replacing? Im no expert so any advice will be greatly apreciated. There is no botomless pit of money but the cost to be honest is unimportant! Wish me luck and i look forward to posting the pictures of the progress and finnished article. Bring on the nurbergring!!

 

oh and by the way, it's actually against the law to respray mystics, they're like protected or something. not a lot of people know that.
