Think this is the second time I've seen this one, first time was about a month ago outside Burnley Central P.O.

This time I got the Reg No. R**8 DGP

Anybody know it ?  it was in a Disabled parking bay if that might narrow it down.

SB - Edited reg plate in accordance with section rules:
2. DO NOT type out the full registration of any Primera you have spotted - You can of course do a partial registration, e.g S980 XX or SXXX EHC
