while searching the net in a quest for yet more useless info on the primera gt i found a site that was discussing a coupe version. there as a picture of one that had been modded. (G20.net site)
 
my question is did they ever make one? and if so are there any in the uk or is it a photo shop special i viewed? as it looked sweet as six lotto numbers would on a sat night that match

Would love to see the pic.

One thing I love about the P11 hatch is the body lines, it actually has a coupe-inspired profile.  Making a coupe would be really tough but I'm sure a specialist coachbuilder could do it.  It would be a lot heavier than the real thing, tho.

you can see the idea and how a primera coupe would look great. But i dont personally like that car. I really dont like the alloys.
 
but thats just my taste. Some excellent craftsmanship and alot of hours have gone into that car so credit to them.
