Ive been making bio for 3 years and havent experienced problem with my Primera 2.2 diesel before. I only use a 1 - 5 ratio during the winter and 1 - 4 in the summer but just recently with the increased diesel prices I made up some bio which is used 50/50 with diesel. After 3 weeks my Primera seems to be running on just 3 cylinders and is very lumpy at low speeds when under load. Cant see it being the pump so thinking "Injector Blocked" Ive tried diluting the bio with another 20 litres of diesel but no change so I think the blockage is well established. Any suggestions as to how to proceed other that a full strip down.
Many Thanks
JD

ps, My bio is well produced and filtered multiple times prior to use.

Injectors get so waxed up they can't be saved. The pumps are kind of tolerant but the injectors really aren't

Have you posted a query on http://www.vegetableoildiesel.co.uk/?  Maybe worth asking there as lots forum experience there with veg/bio issues.

One small change which is a bit confusing. When starting from cold, everything runs perfectly, its once the engine is warm (about 10 miles) that it start firing on 3. once cold it runs fine again. I would have expected the opposite to be the case with oil/waxing ?? any thoughts anyone ?
