Thanks for the pictures.
On my car (that has a xenon bulb) there's no black box. Instead, there's a silver igniter module that's about the same size, shape, and in the same position. To remove my igniter, I simply twist it then pull backward. I can then access the electrical connector on its side. Whereas I can't be sure without seeing your car in person, I therefore suspect your black box can be removed in a similar manner. However - from what I can see in the pictures - it doesn't look like you have to then separately remove an electrical connector. Perhaps someone with the same type of bulb can confirm/say otherwise.

Better to pop a picture on the forum. That way, everyone can see and/or help.
There's also then a record for other people who have the same issue in the future. There's a guide on posting pictures under 'Forum Announcements & Help'.

Thank you very much. This may be pushing it a bit but is there anyway I can show you the electrical connection by sending a picture by email?
Thank you very much. |

I suspect that's a halogen bulb.
My car has the other type - so I can't see what you're seeing which makes it harder to help.
However, I can quote from the owner's manual (for a 2005 car) which confirms how to replace a halogen. It says:
Finally, reverse the procedure to fit the new bulb. Hope that points you in the right direction. |
