Hi all,
The wheel centre cap of the front passenger wheel has dropped off and I can't seem to fit it back on easily. I don't want to bend or break it - it seems a bit fragile and plasticky. Is there an easy way to locate the cap and pop it back on without snapping any clips? Does it need the wire part around the clips, because that's missing. Pic from eBay: Prefer pics if you can help! Cheers.

I am surprised it drop off, they are normally tight. They are robost and easily take a good thump with the side of your fist, just line up the wire on the back with your wheel nuts. If you are worried about the aging of them through UV you are going to have to apply pressure gradually around the circumference

Hi Sam. Yes, you need the wire bit to hold it on. There is also a half circle piece that sticks up. That bit needs to fit over the locking wheel nut.

I have never seen a Primera P12 with those wheel hub caps. Usually they have triangular holes at the way around and a cut out for the valve. |

Hi Raj. They are the centre caps for the standard P12 Alloy wheels. The ones you are talking about are the full plastic trims that fit over steel wheels.
