Nissan Primera P11 driver seat help

   Hi!
I have problem with driver seat. Back of it is worned out on the bolster- typical place connected with getting in and off from the car. I want to repair trim or change it. There is multicolor upholstery connected with grey leather- spec. SLX RHD. Broken is only leather- of course I want exactly the same colour and fracture like original. 
Also I'm looking for original factory floor mat set- maybe somebody has number for that?
