I have a 2003 P12 with no sat nav or reverse camera. It currently has a 6 cd change and a dvd player above it. Can I just replace the 6 cd change with a new head unit and use it's connections or do I need to connect using the cables connected to the dvd player.

sorry it isn't a dvd player it's the radio / cd player
