Nissan Primera P12 diesel Oil Change / Oil?

Hello there. 

I intend to change my cars oil next weak.currently the car has the 5w 40 fully synthetic oil. My cars milage is 260,000 .

It looks like the engine is "sweating" a bit oil in the sides, nothing much to concern.

I dont know much about about the topic but searching online with AI, it sugests the high miliage semi synthetic oil with 10W 40.

Do you think i should change the oil type ?
Or any other suggestions ?
