Greetings all,
Just got a Primera SVE on friday and i love it makes a a massive difference from the Ancient BMW i used to have now i feel like i am driving like a King its like sitting in a cloud :)
Anyway i just wanted to say hello. My name is jazz and I am a IT developer for a Software Security Company based in the North West :)
Just got a new car and getting it on the roads it failed its MOT on 1 thing
"Power steering hose or pipes are leaking" I pray that this isn't a big job as I have allready fallen in love with the car.
I will keep you all posted how i get on and i hope to really get involved.
I haven't found any information on the 2.0 SVE can anyone point me out in the right direction its a P12 if that is any help.
Anyway i better stop drivelling on and read more on this forum.

Cheers for the warm welcome stony :) and everyone else.
I have just dropped off the car at the mechanics to fix this leaking hose /pipe powersteering and I will get some pics put up as soon as i get it back.
As for modding it I would love to but i am a total nube so i wouldn't have a clue where to begin:) But after seeing the pictures on this site i know i have come to the right place :)
Right now i am trying to fight out more about the car the specs etc.
I have one of those nform consoles but its connected to a nokia cradle i am tryingto find out if there is anyway of changing the cradle and making it work with a sony K800 phone then i think my next step is seeing if i can change the DVD rom (sat Nav) for something else that plays and finding out if i can stick with the console as I like how everything is in one place.
Anyway i will get some pictures up as soon as a i get the car back

try looking on fleabay for Smarteq carkit stuff cos thats who made nissan/nokia kit
it looks like their universal kits are very similar to look at and the data connectors look the same
(p.s handsfree unit is mounted under armrest cubby inside console) ------------- |

I wouldn't of minded at all if the Honda Jazz looked ...er... if it looked "Jazzy" but its an embarrasment especially the one across the road from me which is bright pink.
As i am bit of a Car Modding virgin I will take it easy I do want to see if i can get my K800i to connect up to the N-form console, finding out if there is any hacks for the DVD ROM navi on it and start doing little bits on the interior the little touches like the gear knob which has seen some better days to the mats and lights etc.

Katie, I know of a pink car that even you would hate. It's round here, it's a pink Ford Puma. I know that should already be enough but it has bizarre bodykit, chrome spinners, nasty lexus lights and a pink furry steering wheel cover.
