Hi guys. Just joined!

Bought a Primera GT 1997 R reg in silver about a month ago for £500!

On the back, theres a sticker from NPOC, so the owner to the previous one must have been registered here.

Bought a set of 18's straight away!

Look forward to chatting to you all!

Havent a clue how to post an image, when I try it keeps telling me to enter a URL!!

Hi guys, thank's for the warm welcome!

I still don't know how to post pics up, I dont have a webhost!! What's one of those? How do I get one?

Bit more about the PGT? Well, what would you like to know? Just put some blue LED's behind the dash and heater, that looks nice. Better than the old ultra dim near white light that it was previously. Got a head unit that's the same shade and brightness of blue as the dash and heater Smile It's got a K&N I think, on it, and its been lowered a fair whack on springs and dampers! Coming next....GTiR swap!

Hmmn. Our American friends over the pond say it's quite a straight forward swap. They could be talking about the Bluebird SR20DET.

I could allways go turbo kit, and get some GTiR pistons. Is the NA SR20 as strong as the DET?

Friday, I'm taking the spoiler off because there is rust around the base on either side of it, so I'm going to get rid of the rust and do some body work, and obviously paint.

Brake calipers are being painted red on friday also.

Well I bought the car from another member off here, back in 2002 iirc, I gave the car to my sister as I also had the red one in the photo, hence the 'girlracer' thing, she sold it to a trader in MK who gave it his cousin in Rochdale, who sold it to you.

It was lowered on Pi springs which are crap

It used to have powerflow backbox which seems to have been replaced with a normal back box.

It was quite quick that one!

Okay. Hehe, good to know my car's family lol. MK?

Was there something wrong with my Primera for it to be repeatedly 'given' away?

Cheeky Arif! He sold it me when he got it for free! LOL.

The garage said it was on uprated dampers as well as uprated springs when i took it for a 'checkup' Didnt you put dampers on it?

Well what do you expect for £500 LOL.

Some GT's are quicker than others dude. It all depends on how the engine has been made and how hard they have been driven. Recent dyno results have proven that.
