I am having trouble removing the number plate surround to access the camera. I have taken all bolts and clips out but cannot remove the surround. Have I missed something?

Hi there and welcome to the forums :)

I just found this through the forum search engine:

Removal and Installation of Rear View Camera EKS004TU

1. Remove the trunk trim.

2. Remove the license plate finisher. Refer to EI-21, "LICENSE PLATE FINISHER" .

3. Remove the nuts (2), and remove the rear view monitor camera

We found out that after taking all screws and clips out would not move until boot lock remote was removed first. All cleaned and replaced now.
