SR20DE Primera GT P11 Immobiliser

Good morning
I have a sr20de from primera gt p11 fitted into a Micra k10, it has aftermarket engine loom fitted at great cost with standard ecu. I’m having issues getting it to start. It doesn’t earth fuel pump relay and doesn’t pulse injectors that have 12volts. My question is how do you remove immobiliser from ecu as only explanation to why won’t fire?
